The confirmation amount is credited to your panel wallet after access is issued. It is not charged as a non-refundable setup fee.
Commissions
Commissions on completed eligible PAYIN and PAYOUT orders are operational charges. They are not refunded as a general rule.
Covered complaints
Where XTRADEPAY’s protection commitment covers a cyber complaint or related transaction issue, the affected amount may be refunded as described during onboarding, after review of the transaction record.
How to raise a request
Contact official Telegram support with your Agent ID, order references, and a short description of the issue. Do not send funds or credentials to unofficial accounts.
Timing
Review time depends on bank-rail evidence and the nature of the case. Support will confirm next steps on the official channel.
